High-Definition Design & Print.

I. IP Protection: All design files, logos, and proprietary brand assets uploaded to our servers remain the sole property of the client. We maintain a zero-leak policy for pre-release marketing materials.

II. Secure Storage: Our digital archives are encrypted. Client project history is maintained for 24 months for re-order purposes unless a deletion request is filed.

III. Third-Party Policy: We do not share contact details or project scopes with external marketing firms.

1. Proofing Protocol: Production begins only after a digital or physical "final proof" is signed off by the client. Errors discovered after proof approval are the responsibility of the client.

2. Payment Structure: A 50% advance is mandatory for all custom printing orders. Balance is due upon completion before delivery/dispatch.

3. Color Variance: Please note that slight color variations (within 5%) may occur between digital screens and physical print due to CMYK/RGB profile differences.
